Dakar Agribusiness Group is a major agricultural distributor in West Africa, connecting local farming cooperatives with regional food processors and exporters. As their partner network grew, their inbox was flooded with inquiries from smallholder groups, logistics companies, and corporate buyers.

The Challenge

The company was relying on a single general inquiries inbox. Every new partnership lead, price quote request, and transport application had to be manually read, sorted, and copy-pasted into spreadsheets by the founder and a small operations team. The Solution
